HonorBuddy stuck on checking buddy Store Products

Like the tittle says, its not loading, its does this -

And then that is it. It says Checking for Buddy Store products. This may take a while....then it does nothing :( Please need some help!
 
Also the drop down is all gray and nothing in there. I have tried what others have said on this form and nothing is working.

I have observed after updating the same error
 
I had the same but after I disabled some routines and botbases in thebuddyshop it worked for me
 
disable all free routines in the store start hb..w8 a sec untill its loaded..and then enable free versions 1 by 1 ...enyo free is working anyway.
 
for those who still got issues,use support issues section plz
