How fast can we expect the bot to work after the 1.3 update?

Will it take as long as the forsaken masters update? I assume not because the bot won't be re-written like it was then and the update is not even close to being as large as that one, PvE wise especially, so how fast do you believe it will take to update the offsets and such for the 1.3 patch?

Hey roneo1,
Depends on what they added, pushedx, verifies they did not add any surprises. Also, you have to note. If there are GUI changes, it takes a little longer, GUI changes are PITA to get working again due to how PoE works.
I prefer it to be safe then sorry, have a lot to lose if something goes wrong.

this, expect a week or two. Anything better be very very happy with!
 
It just depends on the actual changes. I do expect a few days at least, so we'll have to see. I'll try to make posts time to time to tell people if not to expect a build within a certain time like before.

I'm actually in the middle of rewriting Hearthbuddy, so that's not even in the back of my mind right now. :p

Any news pushedx on how the update is going? Was there/is there a lot to change for the bot with the new update and when can we expect a rough beta?

He said 1-2 days due to minor patches after the major one. All news can be found in the official sticky.

Ofc I read that, I was looking for a more up to date evaluation based on what he saw had changed.
 
To be fair, HearthBuddy was down first so it's really up to pushedx on what bot he wants to prioritize.

Don't play hearthstone and not interested in it whatsoever but I doubt it has seasonal leagues that reset like poe does, also doubt it's as profit driven as poe

It has a larger base so it's probably more important for them.
Which ofcourse is a shame because that means we'll have to wait longer.
 
I have used the HB bot, it is good. Pitty the game is boring as shit designed for casuals :)

My current work with Hearthbuddy doesn't affect Exilebuddy when it comes to maintenance (as I'm the only dev for EB).

I expect to have a Beta ready for user testing before evening today (Sunday).
