Healing bodyguard

My bodyguard always die when I am out botting. Is there any feature in HB that can make the bot heal the bodyguard?

Have you tried turning NPC healing on in the kingwow rotation?

Bumping this. Anyone worked out how to heal your bodyguard? Im out farming rep for saberstalker but my bodyguard dies. I've got NPC healing turned on but it doesn't seem to heal.

Im running a ret paladin so that wouldn't be wise as im DPS. Was trying to use either a tank or heal bodyguard but it wouldnt heal either. A simple flash of light on a bodyguard would do the trick.
