If you are receiving the message telling you that Gatherbuddy needs to install extra components over and over, please read the following!

Run the GatherbuddyInstallerWorkaround.exe located in the zip archive .

Some text should appear.

Close it, and run GB.

I can't get GB to gather Obsidium Ore.
My char just flies by but never gets to harvest or even maneuvering towards the node.

I am trying to harvest herbs and ore in Hyjal....cinderblooms work fine for example....just no Obsidium Ore.

Any ideas ? I would post a log...but I couldn't find any logs from gatherbuddy...

Oh...and yes....i checked "mineral" under the "Get"-Tab....

It doesn't list the node to harvest from. What are the objects you mine it from called in game ?

You might want to check for Rich Obsidium Deposit - Object - World of Warcraft (Rich Obsidian Deposit) as well while you are at it.

It looks like the old rule of not fighting mobs with over 20000 health is obsolete. Good report - thanks. Still waiting for a bug report about guild vaults.
