just got unbanned

more than a week ago i got banned with the last banwave after update.

an hour ago i got unbanned, them saying when they took a closer look at my account they where mistaken and i didnt deserve to be banned so my account was from now on unbanned.

did i deserve to get banned? ---> yeah i did lol. Using autofarm for scarecrow and grinding.

Just told them a little story about my little brother using my account while i was working + that i spend lots of money on the game sinds alpha and that i would appreciate it if they solved this mistake.
But hey, this proves thay don't check accually everything on your account and what exactly happend and so on.

just got a tip for you:

When you are able to update the game pls do not log in with archebuddy. after an update the hackshield and their system will detect you using a third-party-client.
Make sure you wait long enough before logging into archebuddy and check the forums here for people getting banned or Out doing updates for archebuddy.
As you all know their is a huge update(s) comming on the 4th of november. You won't see me botting for a day or 2-3 before i checked if it's safe again.

Thanks to people like me there is now an unban wave, they probably know we did the wrong thing but they also don't like bad publicity and reinstated our accounts back based on that, I won't mention exactly what I was doing because I will get caught out, just do all your botting on fake IP, play safe on your main account, it could just be a possibility that they don't have time to check all the logs or they don't see us as a direct threat to the overall player base, who knows. Something did get us busted just remember that, bot smart! 3 to 2 years botting with buddy products yet to be perma banned :D

it actually depends on how you start the convo

its also important that you have the right info to say

you cant start a live chat with a banned account. all you can do is probably have live chat window opened before ban?

since the email i got once already stated "must contact us with the banned account,not another email address"

There are 2 Options:
1) The OP is lying
2) Send a Appeal Ticket

I never bothered waiting in endless queues for Live Support. My Bot Account got banned in the first banwave, sent ticket, unbanned 2 days later.
 
My god all the drama, its a free game, if u get banned make new account and do over, if you care so much about your account why are you botting in the first place ?
