Here is a list of all the popular profiles as well as a link to the original post. hope this guide will help new and old members find what’s best for them.
These are all proven profiles but just downloading the profile and not following directions will get you nowhere, You still must read thru the newest posts to ensure you are getting up to date info, as of 11/6/14 all of these profiles are up and running.
If you have a different type of profile you are looking for ask and some one will post one for you, if you think there is a profile that is popular that i missed and should be here let me know ill add them.
Rifting Profiles:HIGH XP and HIGH LEGENDARYS
RiftBot (ByDyingHymn/Oksehode)
Great rifting profile for running T6 rifts, updated regularly updates include new compilations which include the newest trinity and quest tools

R-RIFT (By rrrix)
Greater Rifting Profile as well as regular rifts, this profile along with the newest quest tools allows you to run greater rifts or key of trials

Great Key Farming profile updated regularly, not to many issues

Relatively new profile and runs a little slow but produces consistent keys from each act

UBERs Farming: Organs for hellfire amulets
Organs Farmer (BuddyMe)
For all you that now have 100s of each key this is your next step, go ahead and make all your machines and then just turn this profile on and it does all the work for you. Remember to run on T6 it’s a guaranteed drop. Works Flawlessly

I know its easy to power level getting Carried thru T6 bounties but if you want a profile to just level for you then this is it. Also is great just to set up running on your level 70 for exp and legendary’s. I have used it many times and works great.

Great profile for bounties and the only one I ever use to farm my RROG’s, pretty much 100% afkable. Make sure you use the blacklisted xml for act 1.

Fast and furious games per hour killing Ghom in 4-6 sec and repeating, if that’s what you want this is for you High exp and legendary yield. One of the oldest working profiles around.

Goblin Hunting Profile: DECENT XP AND LOW LEGENDARYS
GoblinHunter (By Kevin Spacey)
This profile runs smooth and will hunt down goblins and get you into the vault for your Boon of the Hoarder gem so you can be Rich, Good success rate.

I'd suggest this for Act 1 Bounties however, sometimes the Community Edition only does 4/5 then leaves.
