Alright, so I'm at a crossroads.

I got two separate accounts. One has my characters on a low pop server (on the weaker side), and the other is on a very high pop server. I've never botted with my high pop account.

I want a medium server. What would you guys do in this situation? Granted I'm very new to botting.

As an aside, any advice with how to handle your guild bank would be appreciated. For example, is the only reasonably safe way to cover your ass is to create a guild on your main (non-botting) account and invite randoms along with your bots, and just take out the gold only with your main?

Another pressing question is - do you want all your bots on separate accounts, or is 'doubling up' safe enough where you have one character for mining/herbing and another for JC/Alchemy etc on the same account.

Any clarification would be appreciated.

Safe? You should expect to be banned every time you log in. If you aren't, well that is great, but there is no safe. Sure spreading out bots is "safer", using a guild bank system is "safer", but come on now. It's a bot. I just checked mine and it was flying into a wall like a retard, for god knows how long. There is no safe...

Thanks, I understand that but this thread is more about how I should handle my accounts plus guild bank on the side.

I'd just bot a new toon to 90 on a medium pop server, if that is where I wanted to play. Otherwise I'd transfer my low pop guy. Low pop servers suck if you want to do organized raids and whatnot.

Yeah, it'd be a shame to start completely over, but I didn't even think about what server those toons were on before I started. *sigh*

Any other thoughts from anyone?

I switched from a high pop PVP server to a medium pop PVE server at the beginning of the year and I'm glad I did. Less crowded farming areas and the lack of PVP ganking was a nice change of pace. AH prices are lower too which is nice when I have to buy something, but these days I find myself buying more and more things I don't need.
