It would need to be coded but yes it is possible.
The main problem is the joining of a party as EB does not support that functionality. But once a bot is joined to a party, it could follow another character around and combat would be handled by it's combat routine. This would require a bot implementation, that is to say Grindbot provided with EB would not support this feature. It would also involve a plugin to replace the movement functionality.
