download and install these
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

when your done restart your machine.

make sure you are running both DB and D3 (the exe not just the launcher) as admin

I installed Netframe 4.0 and C++
And run it as admin Diablo3.exe and DB.exe

make sure you are running the D3 exe as admin,not the launcher


and also make sure D3 is in windowed mode

guys i have the same problem..i tried to install netframework and visual c++ but os said that i have more updated already installed.
Os windwos 10 tech preview.
