So anyways I got banned on my alt so don't care too much but heres some info for users.

The constructhouse function can be used while you are dead. I happen to use it like this one time and got a house because the method changed since last patch. Before I use to use this method with a if statement but I changed it to spam (how I accidentally picked up land while dead [very obvious hack involvement]) because I think Out described it as it checks if there is another house already built before constructing. Anyways here are some clues on how you can get caught.

sorry to hear that . what about your main acc was it in same ip/pc? did it get banned or you got lucky?

It did not get banned, I followed Out's suggested and only launched my bot/alt account through archebuddy also used different IP to create the alt account. They both ran on the same computer but the alt was also ran through archebuddy and my main always through Glyph.
