Best leveling routine nowaday? 1-90 horde

Havent played this game for year. Would like to know whats the current best leveling profile for horde level 1-90

as a healer I just healed all the way up. Had to change Singular a bit to heal better but it was super fast.

how did you change it?

In the class settings like any other CC. Just go into the class specific part and change the inefficient heal to start at a higher percentage.

for holy i just had to make flash heal like 80%.
