• Use https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
• FlushDNS
• Reinstall .net 4.5.2

i turn off ESET and Windows Firewall ，but still error。

ok, problem solved...

I try to disable loopback adapter...and then every thing is ok。
