Not getting Buddy Store 'purchases'

Hi.

I tried downloading Enyo several times and it tells me I have already obtained it, but I didn't. I opened a post in the thread, but no reply yet.

Then tonight I purchased Atilio's KingWoW for Priest, and I get the same thing. Tells me it went through, that HB will update upon next start-up ... and nada.

I have done THREE brand spanking new installs.

Anyone?
 
Did you look unde My Purchases in the BuddyStore and made sure that Streaming is enabled?
 
Yes, thank you Slite, both are 'Enabled', and just to be sure I toggled them to Disabled and then enabled again.

Chinajade, appreciate the help, and just got through doing this. Nothing is happening.

I open the bot and it defaults to Singular with no hint of either Enyo or King WoW Priest and in Buddy Store they both say 'already purchased'.

Is your Honorbuddy key thats linked to your shop log in the same.. (dont know if you have more accounts.. )
But else the two things have to be the same for it to know its u are.

Lol. Yes, thank you. Figured this out last night. All good now :D

This actually raises a good question though ... what about those that have more than one HB account? I seriously doubt the intent is that more than one of the same routine be purchased? So what is the work-around please?

message the support with all info they need to merge your sessions under one key.
