Im getting an error saying "Gatherbuddy has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvienience." and then says this code "{2A393AAC-C556-4e7d-BF53-7176AC80FE99}" and then after that.... it says
"Please tell Bossland GmbH about this problem. To help improve the software you use. Bossland GmbH is interested in learning more about this error. We have created a report about the error for you to send to us." This has just recently started happening. Before it said that there were no valid instances of wow to attach to or something like that. Not sure i hate to post waited like 4 days trying to research but found nothing.

reinstall Gb and also try to run the workaround file
the Gb workaround file is on the first post on the Gb release thread

you must download it and then you have to unzip it in your Gb folder
next step is to right click on the Gb workaround file and choose the "Run as admin" option
a small window will appear giving you info about installation procedure

when the installation is down, close the window and you are ready
Open your wow,log in with your char and run the Gb.exe as admin

Yea i have done that and the same things still happens. It doesnt load then 5 minutes later that message just pops up

Lol how can i get to live support when i click the email it says "could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed."

I just got a new computer a few days ago its windows 7. GB was working before i got this been since i got this ive been having problems with it and it wont work

Finally got it to open without that error message coming up but it says this "Init: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
