So how does reporting to the IRS work?

So say you're making pretty big bank enough that you need to start reporting to the IRS your earnings. How will they view your income being gained from this less-than-scrupulous activity, and won't they then ban you themselves?

Huh ? In what world does the IRS have free GM/admin access to blizzard servers ? :S
Or reverse it, in what world would blizzard pursue US citiziens based on earnings, assuming such records are even public, which i highly doubt.

What do you consider low income area in the US ^^?

If we are talking Bangladesh/China etc i can see the wisdom of making money trough HB that can actually keep you afloat.
