GB error says to reinstall

This is what I am getting with GB

Running as administrator worked. I am kind of stumped because I clearly remember trying before. Maybe that was before reinstall. Anyways I have a question for the future. Is MSN client free? I went to install it and they tried to get me to sign up with them.
