problem buying fury unleashed 2 on buddystore

so i went to buy it, and i tried twice, and it just gave a red bar at the top of the screen. turns out, my moms bank blocked it cus it was out of the country. so she went to the bank and they said they would let the payment go through..so ive been charged for the routine, yet i still dont have it. its been 24 hours since the bank let the transaction go through. yet still no FU2...

nomnomnom told me to contact HB support instead of him, so here i am.

please help.
 
make sure the store your logging into your buddyauth account that shows your honorbuddy key when logging into your buddyauth account.

if your key is NOT listed, it wont let you buy products that you cannot use.

i only have 1 HB key. and i have already bought other things on the buddystore. this is the first issue ive had. and my key is listed in buddyauth. same username/password for buddystore too.

try clearing your browser's cache and cookies first, and try again, if the problem still persists, then send an e-mail to support [email protected] then your going to have to wait for a response.
 
tony just got in contact with my. hopefully we can resolve this. thanks code.
