This bans not related to ArcheBuddy, they related to logins between AB\glyph. Need more tests\infos

I dont know ATM. I just see some cases with AB and with another bot programs (feedback by another users from another software) that say that they get insta ban after login without glyph. Need time/tests and more info in cases where ppls get insta ban on chars lvl1-10 after they login
 
I might also note that i got banned on one of my F2P level 28's that has been running the Quest plugin. But only after logging in today. Got banned instantly upon logging in on it.

Trying to make an appeal on this one.

Did you login through glyph or the AB account manager?
 
use a legit ip, no vp_n, no ban. why is v.p.n blacklisted word?

On my level 28 that i had succesfully botted 1-28 (with 'human' breaks) i used AB account manager.
I also managed to transfer 50g from it to my main. ( my main has not been affected or anything.)
 
My 2 cents. Your VP_N IP is probably compromised by 790946290750-285-8--8 spambots created with it.
 
The issue is not VP.N created Account. I created my account on my IP (I was one of the first to get banned), botted till about lv 17-18 (been watching it most of the time, because it stopped working multiple times) and the next day I got banned.
My main is not affected.

The bot is detected, period. Instead of trying to get up with conspiracy theories, find a sollution for this.

I never run more than 1 ArcheAge client, I never run more than 1 Bot, I never had more than 1 Account logged in. Satisfied yet?
Here's more. I never left my Bot to afk longer than 10 minutes (making food, toilet break) so the probability it got stuck somewhere is very small.
So please quit talking crap, because your statements have just been proved invalid.

I have run the bot under more or less exactly the same settings as you, level to 17 with questpluginon a F2P account, used cr on my main (who is patron) for a bunch of hours. And no ban, so assuming that the bot is detectable... No, I dont think so.
 
Is there a thread somewhere on this forum that can show me how to setup a vp.n?
I've never done it before and don't want to use my real IP.

I would suggest paying for a private proxy. If you use a v.pn or a public proxy you will more than likely get banned within minutes.
 
You could purchase a cheap vps and setup openVPN on it. You could also buy a proxy from some distributors, but I feel safer knowing I'm the only one using the network. Also, I don't understand why some people are saying vp.n instead of VPN. That doesn't make sense to me. Virtual Private. Network?

the name vpn was blacklisted up until today. lol

edit: so you think openvpn on a vps server is the safest bet? I'll have to google for more information

I don't think it's detected either. I ran my alt up to level 18 or 19 with the questing plugin and then did all the rest manually. I currently use the radar plugin and that's it. I have yet to get banned though. Which now I'm knocking on wood.

The GMs in the game are invisible, and they are watching us. If they happen to be in the area and you're being a lot like a bot, they will not hesitate to ban you.

Want proof? Get into a starting area using AA, do NOT attach AB, and make a macro to jump every few minutes or so or sit there and do it yourself.
You will be froze and logged out. Log back in and resume, you should be frozen and have no chat abilities.
Then you should be banned and they will assume you're a bot.
Dispute it and they will unban you. They'll think you're an idiot lol, but they will unban you.

People need to stop putting their bots out in the open and grinding mobs, it's painfully obvious. Every time I know who the bots are, and so do the players, because I get there and see about five or more bots marked as suspected users.

1-30 questing done now on over 30 accounts (2 chars on EU side or 2 chars NA side) not been banned on any of them, ffs not even had the "suspicious person" debuff

can't understand just how anyone is getting caught yet (reason for 30 accounts?... gilda recipes ftw ;) )
 
confirmed ban on Questing plugin, no other plugins are used.

made a new account to test, banned within first 5 levels.
made another account, proxyed, different HWID, banned on lvl 17.
waited a couple of hours.
made another new account, banned instantly at accepting first quest!

I feel they have GMs just sitting around the starting area of cat race checking for bots.
 
It is confirmed that they have GMs sitting in starter areas banning suspicious characters, I just wonder which areas are safe to bot.
I got my botting account back, wont risk getting it banned again so soon.
