Honorbuddy kick profiles.

Hello , I am using the 12-58 kicks questing profile and everything is perfect except that my char stops on each mob to kill it when it's going to quest location or back to quest giver , these mobs are not quest related , is this normal ? , because I think it's slowing the questing process , is there a way to ignore these mobs ?

What reason?

Unmark sometimes for me is bad cuz agro so much mobs and die, that's it?

Almost of the time i leveling with it unmarked.
