RIFT profiles is not working it says this and does nothing

it does nothing it keeps staying at the stash? R-RIFT profile

Currently, working fine on my laptop. I recommend delete all (DB,Profile,Plugins), and then re-install latest version of Rixx's Trinity, Quest, and Rift profile.

i always do that whenever there is a new update it keeps failing like that on me might be because i dont have the keys?
