DemonBuddy Lag/Microstuttering

Hey guys this has always been a small problem but has progress a bit worse lately. When it is active i sometimes notice it gets a lot of lag where i just lose massive amount of frames and micro (not really micro) stuttering.
This really does this in higher density mobs and when it gets stuck it freezes for a good half a second multiple times, less sever when its trying to kite monster effects.

i have the same problems, when I active demonbuddy, FPS drop from 60 to 10, bot die sometimes due to frame delay

I tried to close all the information such as damage or crit damage and healings in game, fps goes back go 20, but still worse than the performance with deactivation of demonbuddy

Mine never dies due to the loss of frames. It seems to hold up the entire game so I don't know whats going on.
