As you see - something block you access to our update server. I cant help you to fix ths. Check your firewalls\antiviruses\etc

You can upload one to a network disk.thanks
Very strange, I can download from http: //updates.buddyauth.com/
I turn off all antivirus firewall

No, i cant. You need access to this server anyway. There not only update server but also core server, without access to core server AB will not run.

Can you give us the direct link to the new update . My network to ip - 81.30.152.15 is not stable , many lost packet , download failed everytime. try to find at Buddy Updates but cant see Archbuddy
