Are we safe?

So I have been botting for years, and I understand that it is a risk we always encounter but after browsing the forums (ownedcore, here, reddit, etc) I have to question how safe are we currently? What we know is that blizzard USUALLY bans in pairs. What this means is there is a prerelease ban (as seen a few weeks ago) and a postrelease (shortly after the release tbd). With the amount of red flags present in the current way that demonbuddy conducts its operations, and the censorship of the forums when inquiries arise it truly makes me wonder. No human has off the resolution interface, or can open a rift without a fragment. I'd really like to hear from the devs on what actions they are taking to rectify these obvious issues? I am not trying to cause a mass scare or pandemic, just merely a devoted and concerned customer.

Thanks for your time!

First off, you're not going to cause a mass scare or pandemic. Everyone that uses DB accepts the risks.

Second, this post comes up every week it seems and there's nothing that ever comes of it.

You bot, you may get banned. No use in speculating that. You're never safe.

Agreed, If you bot eventually you will be banned , that is the mind set you need.

come on man, you been around the scene for years. you are NEVER safe when you bot

Is anyone ever safe? I want to belong to a world where I am safe.

It's always a possibility to get banned.

You can do some things to mitigate how much you "look" like a bot:
Don't let the bot run 24/7 for weeks on end
Don't run the same GHOM or other similar short profile for weeks on end.
***Which goes hand in hand with... don't run 65 games per hour for days on end or something not humanly possible.
If you do run a rifting or other longer profile, try to mix it up with another profile from time to time.
Try to do some by-hand playing sessions (You can also use the ADVANCED TAB > Disable all movement to let the bot do the combat for you while you move the mouse and character around)
Give your game sessions a break. Let the game stay off for several hours from time to time.
etc

...But nothing says that it won't detect something else that make all of us visible.

if they had a clear way to detect us, we would have seen a MUCH MORE threads int he BAN section when there is a "banwave"

well yeah, but there are many assumptions of how some people do get banned.

I have done 24/7 ghom botting for weeks on end, same with chest runs. Never had a ban, more of a tinfoil hat reply.
