Hi guys

I thought i might give the bot a go. I place it in tanaris for some rep farming, and it all seemed to work just fine.
While I was playing myself today I got disconnected, and when I tried to log in it said that my account was suspended.
In the email I recieved, they specified that it was a violation to the TOA due to botting.

Did I get extremely unlucky, or did I fuck something up in the bot?
You guys seem to be doing this pretty unnoticed.

there is your first warning.

dont bot on anything you arent prepared to lose

someone reported you, you could contest it i guess

grindbot, bgbuddy, gbuddy all major ways to get noticed/banned when unaided/watched

I think BGbuddy is the safest by far. I've done that for years with main account never got a suspension. If you look in a BG at night, 50% or more of the BG is contained of bots. It's gotten too big, they can't ban all of them.

I dont use anything except CR's. I have no fear of my account being banned. Ever.

Unlucky mate! I've been playing since

<- whatever it stands there.

Go and buy another account, and start with 1-90 one click (almost one click) questing profile.

Above all act human, humans eat, sleep, pee, get tired etc...

i feel your pain
nothing worse than starting wow then getting greeted by a ban message
feels same as girl dumpin me

As it's your first offence I'd do the following (worked for me three times) in your appeal letter to Blizzard:

* be honest
* be sincere
* MEAN (and I mean MEAN) every fucking word, do not bullshit

If you can't write your own letter then by all means build some kind of empathy:

- explain that you deeply regret botting
- you did so out of curiosity
- you did it because it because 'everyone else does'
- you did so because you were depressed
- you did so because you've injured yourself and can't play games

As it is your first offence I'd keep your appeal *extremely* honest and just go with the 'deep regret' and be sincere. Less is more; do not go into dramatics, you will most likely get your ban rescinded completely or changed to a suspension. Just be honest, and take your time to construct a well-written email with full grammar and punctuation -do not let your appeal look like hastily written, you want the GM to consider your Appeal as a serious and sincere piece of effort from your behalf.

Think I'm writing too much? I'm not, and I've had 3 Suspensions on the same Battle.net account overturned (2 Suspensions, 1 Ban); my account means a lot to me and I was heartbroken each time I logged in and saw the message... it's a sinking feeling that I wouldn't wish on anyone even suicide botters.

Best of luck

TLDR -take your time to write an appeal, proper grammar and be very, very honest!

I sometimes think this is just random, I've botted 3 chars to end game through quests and bg's and never gotten a warning, or banned, however I did spent a huge amount of time setting them up so they do their best to not just look by bots but you can easily tell.

I've also bought Millz botbase and some other customer Routines so that might of helped too but I do leave myu bots going 24/7 until they are fully geared cause farming bg's is lame.
