I was wondering I have a lifetime HB key I currently don't play WoW anymore and was wondering if it was possible to change my key to EB.
oh that's cool paid that much for something I don't use anymore to something I want to use lol. thanks.I asked the same, and the short answer is "no"
Lol I'm not wanting a refund just to be switched from one bot to another. This is completely different from going to a store and asking for an exchange lol, some places have outstanding customer service and would do it just to keep a customer coming back. But it's cool. Thanks for the reply.I bought a football because I loved playing football. I went to the store and asked them If I can get hockey sticks now because I like this now and not football anymore ^^
Sorry but as soon as the key is used and the refund period is over we do not change keys![]()
But you could still sell your football and buy hockey sticks.I bought a football because I loved playing football. I went to the store and asked them If I can get hockey sticks now because I like this now and not football anymore ^^

I get that, and we are not allowed to sell our keys, meaning that you do not support by any means - when i asked this question some time back i was even willing to pay a transfer fee - which for obvious reasons would be quite reasonable as you guys would get some money and I would get something i could actually use - but didn't even get a response in return.hrhrhr yeah good point. You can try but we will not buy your HB key![]()
Wow they do? That's great! I don't play WoW anymore but I'd like to trade my The Burning Crusade expansion for a Diablo III: Reaper Of Souls expansion! My Mists Of Panderia could probably get me Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm!*cough* even blizzard allows transfers *cough*![]()

Now I basicly just made my peace with it - but still hoping for some reasoning "business" wise from Bossland
*cough* even blizzard allows transfers *cough*![]()

Sorry, but you can sell your football, but you can't sit in front of the store where you bought it and try to sell to consumers before they go in the store OR after using it for 2 years go there and give it back and get a hockey t-shirt . . .
You are allowed to sell your key, but not here in the site.
It is not reasonable to "exchange" your key after you used it for years. The fee is the price for a new key for the game you want.
They "could" add an upgrade option, but companies usually allow such upgrades (10$-20$ off the full price to go from VMWare 7 to 8 or Windows 7 to 8) more to retain costumers. There is thou in my opinion no point for Bossland to do that, because there is no competition at the same quality level to Buddy Products at all (aka, there is no where to go) . . .
No, I perfectly understood what you were saying. I was trying to show you why it didn't apply here. You were referencing a process that allows you to pay for blizzard to transfer a character from one realm to another, within the same product. I was trying to help you understand the difference between that process and the one you're asking for. You are asking for an entirely different product to be exchanged for one that you have purchased, much like me asking Blizzard to take my The Burning Crusade in exchange for Reaper of Souls.was not kind of transfers i meant - but I can see how my words can be misunderstood. was merely thinking about realm/side/gender and stuff like that - and it aint cheap.
Nevermind it's not possible, oh wait it is actually possible, but they do not want to do it - which is fair, but leaves some room to improvement in customer service/possibilities department - happy customers is afterall the best customers.
I am sorry but as soon as keys are out of the refund zone we offer, there is no way to give them back or exchange them.
