What is this routine?
This Routine is a no-nonsense custom routine for HonorBuddy. It is programmed and designed with the best performance in mind. The original routine, YourBuddy MoP BT, was designed by nomnomnom and alxaw.

How do I use this routine?

1. First you have to buy it, using the BuddyStore. You can buy it right here.
2. While you're at it, make sure you've also got Enyo from the store for optimal raid DPS!
3. In the Store, open up My Purchases and make sure that both YourRaidingBuddy V2 and Enyo are Enabled.
   
   
4. Download the latest Release Honorbuddy from here, and install it.
5. Start the just-installed version of Honorbuddy and login using your key.
6. The routine should automatically appear on your routine selection screen.

I got asked for a logfile, how do I provide this?
Please follow this guide, it will explain you step by step on how to do this.

Frequently Asked Routine Function Questions
What is the difference between casting and toggle type hotkeys?
Casting Type is a hotkey which is always enabled once you've selected a hotkey for it. It can be used at any time during combat and will only perform the action when you press the key (Example: Place the Demoralizing Banner). Toggle type activates parts of the routine when you've selected Hotkey or Semi Hotkey mode. With this you allow yourself to enable or disable parts of the routine (Example: You can disable cooldowns or AoE attacks).


Casting Type hotkeys can be used outside of combat, if you enable the setting "Enable PreCombat HKs" under "General".


What is the difference between Semi Hotkey and Hotkey mode?
On Hotkey mode, you control all Toggle-Type hotkeys yourself. On Semi-Hotkey mode, you only control the Pause and Cooldown toggle-type hotkeys. This allows you to pop cooldowns whenever you decide you want them without being forced to control the other toggle-type hotkeys. Semi is not yet added


Frequently Asked Technical Questions
Does this routine support framelock?
Given that this is a pretty hot subject at the moment, I'll explain a little here. If you don't know what Framelock is, what it means, and what the benefits of it are, take a read in this post.


All these routines compatible with Framelock, and should be used with Framelock enabled. It's designed to be as light weight as possible to ensure super fast response times from Honorbuddy. These routines has been coded with the idea that the less options you enable in the GUI, the faster it'll run. So for all of those abilities you don't need, want or haven't got the correct talents for, disable them!


What is the recommended botbase for optimal performance and DPS?
Enyo (Version 5.0.3 or higher) is the best botbase for this. Make sure to enable the LockSelector. The default of 30 TPS is also recommended. Faster PC's could handle a higher TPS.


Also; Enable vsync in your WoW Settings!


I'm german, can I use this?
Yes! Read up on this topic. This version allows you to use Enyo and this routine for german users:

Can I quest, gather or grind with this routine?
Yes you can! But you have to use the I Want Movement plugin to take care of movement for you. In order to keep this routine lightweight with high raid performance, we have decided to not add movement to the routine itself. Keep in mind that movement, facing and targetting issues should always be reported in the corresponding thread of I Want Movement.


How come that my settings reset after updates?
We reset the settings for the routine each major update (Internal revision change). This is cause we add and/or remove settings. It might conflict if we don't do it this way.

How to setup Semi-Automatic Hotkey

Semi-Automatic Hotkey.

What is Semi-Automatic Hotkey? It makes you able to set a certain hotkey only for AoE or Cooldown. If you have selected

• Automatic Key (Cooldowns will be automated) but AoE will be a hotkey toggle.
• Cooldown Key (AoE will be automated) but Cooldowns will be a hotkey toggle.

How do I set it up? ::

For this I will provide 2 different screenshots. One setup for Automatic and one for Cooldown



Automatic (AoE)

In this example I have

• Semi Hotkey Mode toggled on.
• My modifier key is set to Shift
• Pause Key (if necessary) to F1
• Cooldown Key to None (Since we dont need it)
• Multi-Target (AoE) Key to B
• And last but the most important one Semi-Auto Selection to Automatic Hotkey. So you will be able to use the AoE Key
• Now how do I toggle this you say? In this example you would need to press and hold Shift + B (Modifer key + Key binded)

Cooldown

In this example I have

• Semi Hotkey Mode toggled on.
• My modifier key is set to Shift
• Pause Key (if necessary) to F1

something wrong with enhance shaman roation. doesnt cast flameshock at all. tested it on dummy outside shrine and dps was way too low...

Found out the issue. Thanks for reporting, will be fixed in the next version coming out later tonight

It's an issue in the AoE not Single-Target. Switch to Hotkey Mode if you want to test the single-target

To answer your question, yes YRB v2 is far more superior to YRB v1.

Some quick minor question,

1) Is stormlash totem tied to Heroism?
2) Is there a way to make it cast on cd? As some fights we don't hero till the end of the fight, which stormlash's cd would be up.
3) Is there a logic check to see if other shaman already has stormlash up before casting it?

Sorry if I'm bothering you but I just want to know so that I can configure the routine properly as I am raiding in heroics and my raid leader check logs for stuffs like that.

Yes, that's already in in the latest update. Another update will arrive later tonight hopefully with Selfhealing fixed (Elemental,Enhancement,Retribution and Protection).

1) Is stormlash totem tied to Heroism?
2) Is there a way to make it cast on cd? As some fights we don't hero till the end of the fight, which stormlash's cd would be up.
3) Is there a logic check to see if other shaman already has stormlash up before casting it?

Stormlash totem is tied to Heroism yes. I will make it a better option tomorrow when I wake up.

Also be sure there wasn't any air totems laying around when heroism popped up.

Please enable Hotkey mode for single-target as Auto and Semi Mode will auto dot everything within 40 yard range. Or select DotBehavior to be used differently.

(Yes, DotBehavior Everyone WILL include training dummies / raider training dummies)

Since it's a ranged class, you need to press an ability before the rotation kicks in. Just disable Multi Target so it says "MultiTarget Disabled!" and press moonfire / wrath / sunfire / starfire / starfall and the rotation will kick in.
