hi im planning on setting up a 5 man team again soon just buying the battlechest only first when i reach 85 with all classes i wil buy expension etc i wont be buying evrything and then get banned again but how safe is dungeon botting now those days for like 6 7 hours a day?

Depends which dungeon(s) you want to run.
It is the same like it has always been.
Botanica still makes your toons get banned quick, but you can always get lucky if no one reports you or due to your low uptime (6 hours) you may go under the radar

I did 5 grups to 85 on same 5 acc and i plan for 5 more until the first 30 days game time expire. Everything going smooth boting more than 10 hours /day . Never got banned for running 5 bots dungeon. For me is the most safe part of boting 
got banned for everything else i tryed except 5 dungeons bots but as you sayed i do the same thing and only upgrade to mop once i finish leveling all to 85.

ye but the problem is with me evry time i do something automate i get banned it doesend matter what i do im even under v p n but when i use honorbuddy only for tyreal and raiding and arena then its fine but when ever i touch automate things i wil get banned no matter what ive waited like 6 7 months now and i wanna try just the battlechest with a 5 man team to get all classes up and keep farming gold trough dungeons it went good for me that way for 2 years then blizzard starts hating on me and keep an track on me
