Premade and included 1 - 80 Leveling Package VS as its now
2-3 Included Awesome Plugins VS as its now

*Bots will be generally included as most of them will be paid plugins and change to visible once a user paid for them.

Included .HTML Manual VS as its now

Right now i prefer to have all that 3 things included instead of not having them in there.

This also needs some work What does the staff think ?

See it as a decission of making it userfriendly or not userfriendly.

I have introduced 2 new members from the company I work at and both have commented on how hard it is to get started. While the information is there, they found it hard to find reliable up-to-date information. And there is so much information it was a bit overwelming.

I think the documentation that comes with HB needs to be very easy to follow (dumbed down) and include numerous screenshots. Just my 2cents based on new customer feedback.

just include everything, so at least if people are having issues we can say did you read the manual/setup guide, it came in the download. if you keep bundling more tools with the bot, and keep making more self support options on the site, "Needy" users should go down, and all that will be left are the REALLY Illiterate ones, or the ones that are 11 years old and got a holds of there parents credit card. so yea, i say bundling the guides and profiles are a good thing if we can make sure they are idiot proof.

Agree with this. As well, I feel like there should be a static page (www.buddysomethingorother.com/addonstatus.html etc) that lists all of the 3rd party cc's and addon's and a status. Every time a new version of HB comes out, the status of everything is changed to "Incompatible", and its up to the owner of each cc/addon to change it back to "Compatible". That way anyone can easily see which cc's and plugins have been updated.

that will be nice for users...
but devs always asking for more details before a new release comes out in order to keep their work compatible
maybe its time to give them some love?
