Once you've been banned, you have to remember that you've just flagged your account and IP address to blizz which basically means, whatever they do on their end to monitor flagged accounts will continue to monitor.

What you can do is exchange your account with your best friend so your IP will be changed for good. If you don't have any one you can trust to swap account, you have to play manually I guess for a while. or get some program to change IP address constantly?
