Frame Rate Problem

Im trying to run 3 hb on 1 computer .Ihave every 1 set to 25 fps but when i check the fram rate of the first bot its at 25 and i checked the other 2 they are at 10 fps .when i click on any 1 of them the 1 i clicked on jumps to 25 fps .

what do i need to do to make them all run at 25 fps?

type: /console maxfpsbk 25 max fps in background mode

Did you turn down all your settings?
Did you run GameBooster? (http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html)
Did you turn your res down to the lowest?
Did you type /console maxfpsbk 25?

just re set the from 10 to 25 i feel a little dum lol thx every one

10 is too low for a few classes 25-30 fixed my hunter and my shaman i found 30-35 background and in the foreground helps cutting the normal 60-80fps i was getting
