I was reading some of the legal posts. SO are they in the process of getting sued by blizzard? Will we be able to bot come WOD or is that up in the air right now?

Well good morning...

legal proceeding is already running since ages. The buddyteam got sued already. That's why all Blizzard bots aren't allowed/or restricted in functionality in germany.
As it has already been stated in every other (sorry but that's how it is) stupid WOD threads, yes, it will be supported. No you won't instantly get banned. No, we can not tell you how long it will take to be able to bot again after the launch.

just want to add something about this

The bosslands production team will not stop fighting until there lose. bosslands always keeps us up to date about any legal stuff in the legal thingy section.

P.S the reason why the keys aren't "lifetime" is because blizzard said something like "how can you promise to keep selling this because you will need to stop sometime"
so they changed it that the key will be for 10 years and when the 10 years expire and WoW and HB are still going you will get a 10 years free

The case isn't going to be decided anytime soon so i would not worry right now. Just keep botting, stay safe, and write LOL F U BLZ with botted ore in your guild banks.... not that i do that >.>

wow funny, can we or cant we.

ofc we can, this game is dead without bots.

people are lazy as hell, ah prices will skyrocket, goldsellers will find alternative ways, but will keep selling.

the law suit is a joke, are bots allowed, no... case closed.

There are so many ways for blizzard to stop us, path detection, loop detection and what not.

For one serious programmer , aka blizzard tool, to script some shit that stops 90 % of us, aint so hard.

They allow it, untill a certain degree, cause they also know, this game is dead without a bot.

We wil still bot in wod, takes some time, but the bots will be back up and running as usual.

Its funny that some think wow without bots is even possible after so many years.

I semi-agree with some of this, Blizzard would like you to believe that they have this on demand security team that will hunt you down and ban you and you should be afraid for your life, when in reality, there is no way for Blizzard GMs or whoever to know whether or not you are botting, path detections, loop detections, any of that stuff is all just a matter of assumption, and from the majority of the threads that I have read about bans so far, it is always the user's fault. Example: Blizzard sees some idiot that is just plain greedy, this idiot, buys 5 battlechests, and is 5 boxing on one computer, 16-20hrs a day, and wonders how he mysteriously got banned, well here's how; you dont think Blizzard/Blizzard GMs/Admins, see when a new account is made, let alone FIVE? So, they check it out, and there is no way that there are 5 different people playing 5 different accounts from a single IP, and the likelihood of a macro interdependently moving a character around while simultaneously casting/tanking/healing is very, very low, in the .01 range. So to the people that do some ill shit like that and wonder why you get banned, that is why. Even with that said though, all Blizzard can really go on is speculation, but if you play like that, or you have 1 or 2 accounts but you play them both from the same IP (IE DUAL-BOXING) and you dont really think about it but you log both of them in at the same time to send gold over, and after you spent 10 hours farming, you're gonna spend another 10 hours logged into the other account manipulating AH sales and possibly even doing some leveling or gathering on that account now, well lets put it this way, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, you're probably botting.

In my honest opinion, if more precautions were taken and this site like certain other sites, were members only to view threads that have anything to do with botting, or the site in general, and you had to be referred here by someone already on here, Blizzard wouldnt know where to look, "whats HonorBuddy? oh its rumored to be a bot, find the website, oh says its a referral only website", in short I guess it would be like fight club, but thats simply unrealistic if you're trying to make money, in the short run anyway.

Anyway, its botter beware, don't be greedy, dont bot 5 accounts for 23 hours, dont bot one account for 23 hours, be patient, we get it, we ALL want gold/mounts/rep etc, but it will come in time, you dont need to run a bot for 86 hours straight.

Dude but I have accounts running the exact same shit for 16 hours a day and it takes months until they get banned ...

whether that's sarcasm or not lol, its all a matter of timing, and what it actually is that you're doing, where you're doing it, who does or doesn't see you doing whatever it is, that you're doing. I personally have played WoW for a day straight with zero sleep, I've played longer than that but never over 2 days, but I wasn't farming, I was actively talking to people (because fuck it I'm overtired and delirious) questing and running instances, BGing, just acting in a way a bot simply cant. But I promise you, if you gatherbot and shit like that for 16hrs a day especially on multiple accounts, you're gonna get banned.

"I smell a smell, a smelly smell that smells...smelly.." comes to mind.

we will bot in WoD,you dont have to worry about it
