Crashing with log

Hi there,

I am still experiencing crashes of DB on my system.. I've been using DB for months and this just started a couple of weeks ago.

I have performed a clean setup of DB and the only plugins used are: Trinity and QuestTools

Core i7 920
16GB RAM
240GB SSD
2TB data
Windows 8.1 x64
AMD 6850
4TB NAS Raid-5
I have attached a log file of what happens...

My DB license is one that shouldn't expire either.

It still happens.
