"Dear Player,

Your account was suspended permanently for violation of Game Rules /EULA.... "

That's the start of the email I received.
When logging in I receive.

"Your account has been suspended. Reason: Inaction/Bot."

I submitted a support ticket but I'm not holding my breathe.

I'm angry about the lack of "obfuscation or beclouding" this program has even though I was told when I BOUGHT it ..it was "stealth".
I'm angry at the product with a ton of problems at it's core should not even be sold as "working" because it does not work as described/intended/advertised. So I feel duped when I purchased this.
I do not expect this ban to be lifted and I do not expect I will be back.
Save the "you knew the risks", Yeah I did just my expectations where a little bit higher than what I got. I'm not wrong with my feelings and I'm not alone.

Some facts of the ban:
Running 4 tanks
Tanks were(in priority): tier 5, tier4, tier3, tier2
Bot ran for under 2 hours while I was at the gym
bot only ran while I was sleeping any other time
Account had 32 days premium time
Account had 60$ish worth of purchased of gold/credits/premium time before an 11$ 30day premium
Account had only 5 tanks and 1.6 mil credits
Account had a remainder of 200 gold
Only used spg with bot so it didn't look like I was running into walls.

25 dollars for TL2< 88 Dollars/Time. Sucks..

Your program is detectable, it's not something that someone "reported" me. It didn't work well to begin with. I don't know your hooking method, it's a .dll injection? How are you obfuscating your traces of it in memory? Injecting "air-data" with it as well to make it less detectible? I think this is how they are detecting your program, or by name or some common API functions that other programs use too. I don't know. See.. I wasn't on that long had maybe 15 games, low tier, premium/gold and was careful how I used it not to abuse it. Some advice?.. and you should have already had this in place by now.. but I'll give you a tip. A "banned section" is a half-ass way to deal with users banned, there should be a dedicated "status" widget in-line on the page. Or at least an updated status ticker somewhere.. then people would know if they are doing a ban wave. These people being "banned" and just not returning.. things you never hear about because they are too pissed to report or cannot speak English well (whatever the reason). They are your life-blood and by keeping people in the dark about the detectability of your program and the inherent problems within your program you are only hurting yourself and wasting my time (customer). Yeah you got my money already, what do you care right? Well.. I also have something else to offer. "Word of mouth referrals." How can I knowingly advertise in a positive manner how things have gone? Yeah, I don't know either.

Very sorry to hear this V4mp :-(

Especially with only 2hrs per day. this does not make any sense!

I am convinced that you MUST have received MANY complaints from other players.

Was your name at all in this list? Hall of Bots

Yes, my account is on this list. Looking through it, nothing looks incredibly suspicious. win/loss rate 46%.. because of the bot I'm considered a "poor player" and a low survivability (27%). Nothing looks out of the ordinary and looks as though I'm a "noob".

EDIT: got a reply back from my support ticket. Representative says many things about the rules and terms of service and offers to wipe my account. example.

"Please note that the logs showed us that you were actually using illegal methods of accumulating experience/credits" goes on to talk about programs and scripts but you get the gist. Like I said, your program is detected. If you do a google search of "the best world of tanks bot" Tankleader comes up as number 1 result. Sigh.. very frustrating.

Tankleader is coming on top because it is the best program so far.

What I do not understand is that you are on this list, for using it 2hrs every day.
I am on this list too but, I use it 20hrs per day!

win/loss rate 46% is very average, this should not have been the problem.

I am almost sure that many people have complained about you as being "inactive".

Still, this does nothing to ease the pain of being banned and I am very sorry to hear about this :-(

As am I buddy.. as am I.

I am wondering if your thought of using only spgs to avoid running into walls and be less bot-like actually had the reverse effect. Players tend to notice arty. Even during the countdown before the match there's usually someone bitching about there being multiple arty in the round, as often as they complain about the matchmaking. During the match you will gets requests for fire at enemy players since this is what arty is supposed to do, and if you never respond or say how long it is until you are finished reloading then your team may take notice. Perhaps cursing at you in chat or whatever. And since the bot still will not respond they will prob say something like, "everyone please report our arty as a bot." So you get a bunch of complaint reports all at once. If this happens a lot you are most definitely not flying under the radar as you had intended. Just my two cents & sorry t hear about your ban.

I have mult screens so only use Tankleader when I can sort of keep half an eye on it. When doing other things on my computer or watching tv and the like. This way if I get stuck I can eventually manually move the tank instead of having it keep trying to drive through a wall or rock the whole match. And if I notice someone call me a damn bot I can quickly respond that they are full of shit and to fuckoff, and then report them for insults and provocations. So far so good lol *fingers crossed*

From my conversations with support. The program is detected, and he went on to further explain to me that he couldn't divulge the details of the detection for obvious reasons. When talking about the hooking methods he skirted around the issue, so likely that is the problem. I don't know but I can tell you they can detect it. Here's my theory on what goes on, they can detect you from the very start.. they know people cheating are trying to get ahead. they are also people who buy premium/ spend money in the shop. they let them rack up some numbers till they are reported enough times then the auto-bot detection sends them an email and blocks their account. when you submit a ticket, as anyone naturally would.. they check the records of the ban and say ahh yes you were using said program and here are the screenshots/videos players provided. Then the sing and dance the same tune about being able to wipe the account and give you back your gold (unused) and premium tanks. Guess what happens when you do not have premium? no response from the support ticket system, that's right.. not important. One of my accounts got banned from a mpgh auto-clicker called m-bot. no premium, no response in an entire week.. with several replies asking for a response. My premium account?.. responded in under 24 hours and responses shortly after I write my response.. only because I'm an income source for them. They've set up grinding hard enough to make everyone spend money on the game. It is a money sink.. that's all it is. Not honestly enough frills to warrant the expenditure.

Because everyone left the base at the start, usually 5 mins in I was killed. Not moving and firing constantly at 500m anything in range I was an easy counter arty target. As for requesting fire, that wasn't it either. 500m is roughly half the map.. I'd auto fire at ANYTHING in range of this so the chances I wasn't helping.. is slim. I almost always died and never survived till the end.

there is no software detection,TL is not detected

thats what gets you banned

hi
Today I also received a ban and when to see it on the list
I think that the ban was granted for both bot controls the tank must be senselessly into the wheel spins or moves into the house and I flinch and does not proceed further
I am not versed in this, there is something to be able to move a little tank normally?

Sorry Tony, I think you may have mis-understood my post. The M-bot autoclicker did get me banned, on an older account... prior and unrelated to my current ban. My current ban was from Tank Leader Software. From my conversations with reps., they can detect it but will not give out to how. Back up their findings with statistics ( they are looking for extremely poor performance over a lot of games or extremely great performance in a short amount of time. There may be no active scanning methods like "punkbuster" but it's their game, their servers and you and both know the hooking method is easily detectable by these types of games and why would they lie about being "definitive using illegal software." is what I was told and that it was detected by their system. A GM reviews the case if you bitch a lot to see if there has been an error because the initial inquiry/ban is automated based on flags in their system.

Tank Leader is detected/detectable. You can go ahead and disagree with me.. that's fine but it doesn't change the facts man. Look at the people reporting..
Anyway.. I'm banned, probably never play this game again. Hope you guys get everything sorted and have a prosperous future.

Edit: By the way Tony. I was given from a rep an Open Office Calc "log file" of all the data they collected on me during the games I've played. It showed three main factors they look for when automatically scanning for a macro/script/program. Surely not their only method but one for sure. I would not mind sending this to you in a private message, for obvious reasons I cannot post it in a public forum.. but at least this will further validate the programs detection. Let me know.

SPGs get put in much higher tier battles, often their max. I've never botted as an SPG but if it is anything like the other classes with TankLeader you'd be looking like an annoying douche and obviously botting in a tier 7 battle where people actually give a shit and WILL report you for fucking up their game.

Most probably, you play WOT on a weak PC.
Your CPU is too weak maybe?

On my i7 Win7-64, WOT runs at 100fps, Tank Leader works perfectly (although it runs into houses and gets stuck sometimes).

On my Pentium IV WinXP, WOT runs at 14fps, Tank Leader turns rounds and rounds.
It probably has to do with the slow speed of calculations and return of feedback. TankLeader tries to reach a waypoint, it overshoots, tries to correct it and return back and it becomes an endless loop.

A Tier 8 tank goes up to Tier 10 battles.

I have reported every single BOT I saw (and trust me, I can recognize them) when I was in my Tier 9 - 10 tanks.
Because every lost game in these tiers cost me between 20.000 - 40.000 credits depending on whether I use gold ammo or not.

Actually, this is why I got TL. To stop the frustration of losing a ton of money every evening and having to play my Tier8 premiums to recover it every time.

On the other side, during weekends, I feel TL could play better than many Tier 10 drivers..... and this is tragic

Seriously though, TL plays badly. For Tier 8 and above, it is unacceptable.
For two reasons mainly:
1. terrible aiming: uses WOTs own auto-aim routine (cannot blame them for it and it is legal). At the same time, we know that WOT's auto-aim is crap since at these tiers you need to aim at weak spots which also means that you have to study weakspots of enemy tanks.

2. No seeking cover. At this level you must know your own tank's weakspots and hide them from the enemy's line of fire. Obviously, TL does not do that.

On the other side, when I look at Tier 1, 2, 3 there are so many beginners that it behaves perfectly "normal".

this tell me nothing, your ip/mac address got flagged cause of the autoclicker thing
