reinstalled Visual C++ and DB after got the error. But still the same error.

No, I think.
It Happened after I changed some of Trinity.Setting.Combat.Wizardsetting.cs. and 1 or 2 files. I just wanted to have a check box for spamming sentry so. I made one, and played couple of hours and then the error came up.

make a new DB installation from scratch and let me know if that fixes it

This looks like the problem Some + My self were having the other day.
This has to do with you Anti Virus "Bitdefender" Make an folder Exemption and it will work normally.
