there hasn't been a bot update for the latest patch...

That wasn't the problem as it still persists.
Have multiple times. Also reinstated swtor, bw, 2010 and 2012 c++ redistributable and .net 4.5 and 4.5.1 framework.

You uploaded a logfile with, if im correct your real name...
Put your files in folders not containing your name
Does your account maybe have admin rights?
If so do you Always start with right click - run as admin?

Windows 7.
And? Many have the same name and my IP is set to a location that is some distance from my actual location. Doubt I'll have a problem
