questing randomly not attacking mobs or looting

I've encountered a horrible bug while questing that was caused by a recent update this month. The bot will run its path without killing any mobs, if it is attacked it will attack back but not loot. This seems to occur at random and from any level or zone. Once I restart the bot it corrects itself.

I have the exact same issue I've tried everything and nothing works, I did some tests and it seems that using hbrelog is the cause of this because I've tried this without hbrelog and it works fine. But yeah aftrr this months update.
Will try to run other then mine profiles and will post couple of logs.
