HB doesn't login

Are they actually even trying to fix this instead of telling us to post our logs or explain it better? Once again, Here's my log.
It's stuck at Logging In for a while, when it gets past that, it'll be stuck at 'Please wait a few seconds while Honorbuddy Initializes'
After that honorbuddy just crashes
I've tried everything, I tried a fresh reinstall and did not install anything such as routines or plugins, I closed all my programs besides WoW and Honorbuddy, I've been playing around with WoW settings, can't get it to work. We all know it's on HB's side, not ours.

Thanks a lot that fixed it, this is really strange because I've botted several characters, and I have never ever used dx11
