New crusader build/profile

My crusader just hit 70 a few hours ago. I was wondering about effective build/profile to use. I want to gear up fast and be able to do T3-T4.
 
craft auguild (2 for damage against the elites) + caïn (2 for attack speed) and go farm Ring of Royal Grandeur (reduce by 1, if you have 2 pieces, the number of pieces for bonus set)
This is just to start after you see what you drop and what you like to play ;)

Holy is really the only viable T6 setup, Fire is good DPS but low for toughness.
 
I love Crusader so much. I raised him carefully with some fair gear. He can kill Ghom in 12sec in T6.
All everything depends on gear.
When I found Gyrfalcon's Foote and Jekangbord, I used blessed shield and was able to go T4. Then, I found Fate of Fell. I went to holy skill with heavens fury in T5- T6. He can die about 2-3/hr. Then I found Furnace. He can go Ghom in T6 in 12 sec but if I run bounty or rift I will use Darklight.

So everything is very dependent to weapon you found
 
Sounds good. Can you give me the T4 build you used with Jekangbord and Gyro (list of skills\runes)? Jekangboard has dropped for me but no Gyro yet.

It looks like a fun class that is why I'm gearing one up :).
 
you are going to use Blessed shield constantly. You have to find modified Crusadercombat.cs somewhere in forum. Someone posted it. It will take time to find.
I have been changing my crusadercombat.cs several times so I don't have that one.
It is really fun to use. You have to wait until you find Gyro. It will remove the cost of wrath of blessed shield. You can use Heavens fury - ascendancy in secondary skill slot. You want to use Akarat , Law of valor-crit , shield glare with 20% more dmg rune, Condem-instant leash. You are aiming only damage increase everywhere since you have wrath free skill

lol realy??

laying waiste to t6 enemys myself fire setup just fine..

firestarter with jenkan and gyrfalcons even when using shattering throw..

fire starter procing each time a shield hits/?? ive tested both and IMO fire% with firestarter is best way to go vs high health enemys

Perhaps i'm being blind, but is there a way to set up trinity to use akarat champ off cd? Seems kind of odd that there's no option to select it since perma-champ is pretty common!
 
Chest runs for 24-48 hours

3 piece Aughilds
3 piece Captains
Craft a weapon that deals damage or find one (most likely the latter)
Craft Reaper's Wraps
Use found gear in other slots

I'm in T4 right now in Hardcore. One Akkhan piece, Unity, and Follower token away from going to T5 or T6 on a toon I started Sunday (fresh Hardcore, no other characters). Chest runs are probably more productive though, I just need the Paragon for extra stats and gold to reroll more things.

Yes you seem to be blind, there is exactly this option.

My characer never dies in Ghom in T6 with Fire Crusader. Are you using Templar or Enchantress? If you have extra Furnace you can give it to Enchantress and go with her,
otherwise your Templar will save you. My character dies in T6 rift or Bounty but not in Ghom T6
