Update Notification.

Could we get these improvements so we know what is going on:

1. Show a date on the downloads page letting us know when the build was updated.
2. Improving the message when a patch occurs so people know exactly what to expect or where to go to find answers.
3. A thread that explains that the bot is disabled because of a patch and in said thread ^^ it will give us updates on progress.

so your wanting basically everything that gets put in these 2 posts, if there is something major then a new sticky/thread is created;

there is no need for a date on the "downloads" as it go's by revision numbers.

"improving the message when a patch occurs so people know exactly what to expect or where to go to find answers" - again top 2 threads or search support if there seems to be a major issues then again a thread will be stickied.

Look at the build version you are using compared to the new one, FYI when theres an update DB downloads it on start.
