Hi,

I've seen through various forum searches that occasionally people will be unable to open the Configs window to configure the settings of their plugins. I'm currently having this issue. I've performed a fresh install of DemonBuddy using the currently available installer, but cannot access my Trinity settings.

Log is provided below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does not. I had 1.9.8 installed (and 1.9.7 before it). I encountered the issue with the config window not opening in 1.9.8, so I did a fresh install of DemonBuddy and intentionally did not update Trinity to see if the issue persisted with the default included 1.9.5. It does.

1.9.8 log file

I updated Trinity to 1.9.8 on my fresh install of DemonBuddy, and the config issue is the same. When selecting the Trinity checkbox in the plugins dropdown, and then hitting the "config" button, the settings window will not open. Below is a fresh log file showing the 1.9.8 behavior.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Hi, thanks for the detailed response. I currently use Windows 8.1, which I believe has .net framework 4.5.1 included as a part of the OS. As such, it cannot be uninstalled. Even running the .net framework cleanup utility still leaves 4.5.1 behind.

With that exception, I have removed the redistributables and all other components of .net framework and done a fresh update. My issue persists. Is there anything else you'd recommend I try?

can you post a fresh log file plz?

we must check it via teamviewer,pm me your Skype plz
