What is the best profile/class for paragon leveling?

Mine:
450-500mil epx/h
profile: Hell rift (T2)
class: Wizard
 
Get mara and farm ghom t6. DH 1.8m getting 1.1 bil

mara + t5 ghom dh or barb ~1b/h
t4 rifts monk ~550-750mil
 
Does the mara drop anywhere specific or is it just me being unlucky?
 
I prefer T5 bounties with a M6 DH.
~1.3 bil exp/hour, ~6mil gold/hour.

It's a plus for me cos it doesn't create 60 games per hour.

I am also an M6 DH but I have no idea how to setup my bot settings to safely and correctly have the bot use sentries and run around to not get hit. Can you by any chance tell me what you modified to do T5 Bounties and get 1.3bil exp/hour , 6mil gold/hour?

You need double Unity and quite a lot of defense on top of that. I have 1.1 mil sheet dps, 39% phys skills, 29% sentry, 29% cluster arrow. ~1200 all res, 11k armor, ~470k hp. Tusker and Theo is pretty much a must for any physical build and so is the sentry Quiver (Bombardier something).
I bot with 3 hatred spenders: CA, Multishot and Chakram. 3 spenders is not optimal at all in normal play, but I took Chakram instead of Vault/Smoke Screen because I don't like how the bot uses those 2 skills: Vault is used in the most awkward positions that it gets my char killed more than saving it and Smoke Screen is spammed for no reason most of the time that it runs out of Discipline very fast. The last skill is Marked for Death with Contagion for an even bigger dps boost.

The only thing I changed in trinity is the combat DH file where I simply removed all the code for Chakram and Multishot. This means that the bot will only use CA when it has more than 50 hatred, so it will always have enough hatred to put down a sentry.
 
WD T6 Ghom, no Mara (not necessary with enough damage) ~2bil xp/h
