Ok guys, I have bad news.

No further updates to BigSister will be released by me.

Since no interest in continuation of developed by fellow programmers was shown, the project will not be open sourced, and will be buried.

To all of you who still need a working relogger, I recommend checking out Erenions upcoming relogger, he has provided good solutions for us in the past, and I am sure his relogger will surely fit all your needs well.

If anything, BigSister was a good learning exercise, many of you liked it and used it daily, many of you disliked it, some of you will miss it, but thats life ... things are born while others die, nothing ever stays the same.

Once again, thanks to everyone who helped me along the way.

There's a flaw in your logic: Erenion's relogger will be paid.

The flaw on your logic is expecting good work to come for free.

BigSister took months of developement and research, none of that went into paying my tuitions or materials, not even the books I own. Not everyone can afford free software, all users can however.

well I propably won't be able to continue big sister, but i would love to have the source code for learning purposes...

Since I dont want knock-offs spawning everywhere, the code will remain buried. This will also prevent easy account stealing from dubious "programmers" claiming to have the big next relogger. Grab this type of software from knowledgeable sources.

You wouldnt learn much from the code anyways, not if you didnt do a deep research on the matter before hand anyways. If you really wanna learn, then, researching is your best friend, if you need help with it let me know, I can probably spare some minutes to help out a fellow programmer.

i think the big issue with the paid one is the idea of a subscription..

if you were to sell this for one off payments im sure that would be more popular.. and help you pay for your time/equipment etc

I think it’s just ridiculous that some people are complaining about paying for plugins especially when it’s a relogger or an ah plugin that will save you a lot of time.
It is dedicated to farmers/goldsellers and if you have a disconnect and your bot is offline for several hours this is more than just 1€ loss..and we are talking about 1 day not a whole month. So first think about how this bot will guarantee your gold income it’s definitely worth 1€ per account.

It's nothing personal,
I'm just annoyed by the fact that some people chose lifetime while still having to pay for the usefull stuff.

loads up, does its 4 sec wait, then a 10sec, then eternally spams "not yet at login screen" even though wow is up just fine

I think this thread would be irrelevant if anyone could just 'make their own'. Most people on here have the time to figure out at least how to make minor tweaks to profiles to suit their needs. A good majority know how to create their own profile from scratch. Very few, however, have the knowledge to create their own plugins, custom classes, quest behaviors, etc.. This is a community! If you made one, why not share it? ;-)
