Need help with avoidance! rrrix?

I'm not sure if it's actively trying to avoid these but it seems it's not. How can I add this? I'm using 1.9.7.
 
If the bot were to avoid these things you would never complete the bounty.

I thought of this! It should only avoid it under a certain percentage of full hp so that it can start the event before starting avoidance :)

Doing bounties for xp and gold while getting the caches I want is good. This is the ONLY thing that has killed my bot in hours. And the only reason it kills me is that I'm standing in it for the whole duration of the cursed chest. My pets are doing the work, so I just need to not stand in fire. Fire bad!

I'm only asking that you point me in the right direction, I'm not expecting you to fix these small things for me. I'm just not that familiar with the avoidance system. If I can fix this maybe there are other people that want this as well :)

I'd agree with rrrix and either lower the difficulty or just take the 1 death.
 
Then i guess you better get The Star of Azkaranth or lower the difficulty as rrrix said

I don't think you get it; Even dying several times in a row on this particular event won't make it worthwhile lowering difficulty. The Star of Azkaranth would be a good solution though, but would the gearswap plugin recognize this fire? Or would we need to add it to some avoidance list first? If you have this rare item you are welcome to test it :)
 
Well by the sounds of it not going to be added to the avoidance list.

I dont die to the fire because i run on a difficulty i can handle, so nothing to test.
 
speaking of avoidance i was about to post a new post, i have issues with db lately, that i didnt in the past, not sure though. My issue is i run my wd on T3 and T4, my gear is pretty good, have 1600 all resist etc, the only thing that kills me every time is arcane beams, if you get a few beams going its pretty much death, they mow you down so fast.

The issue with trinity is that i often supervise over the bot to make sure its doing ok and i see far to often that once an arcane beam is cast, the bot knows its there, but always runs away, and then back torward the beam, like it tries to call out avoidance, but yet it will run back into range to keep killing mobs, in the meantime, a few more beams spawn, and i die. I'm not sure if there was a setting or tweak something to better avoid those arcane beams, pretty much everything else tickles me, and i am immune to fire cuz i have an amulet, and plague doesnt hurt that much...its just the arcane beams that really cause me the most deaths

i even have double unity ring + follower item cant die on, and it does help with general survivability, but still those beams murder me 90% of the time, and its really affecting my games per hour, deaths per hour etc, and i never noticed it until recently when i have been doing t3/t4 i'd like to move onto t5 but if i cant survive beams on t4, t5 isnt much better.

So if anyone has ideas or settings i can try to better handle arcane beams, prevent my toon from running INTO the beams or detect multiple beams after the first

Haha, this reminds me of the time before I got the arcane amulet! My bot looked like he was trying to follow the beam rather than avoid it.... He would often be better off just standing in one spot rather than "avoiding" the arcane sentry :P I think it's possible to increase the refresh rate, given you have enough ticks/s? Also you could play with the arcane settings, but maybe you already tried this?
 
Yeah i just increased the refresh rate, and the other setting to 10 from 8, and i average 15-20 ticks, doing "riftbot" atm, common, t4, and i seem to die a lot regardless, i've even started dying to mob explosion death things, and it doesnt seem to avoid the big fat dudes when they xplode into snakes, it just stands in those too...i'd almost say earlier version of trinity might be worth trying, but i never messed with settings at all so not sure why having so much problems right now.
 
I've run into the same issue with my WD. Only the arcane amulet has been able to solve that issue for me. I've also read about people having problems with the wizard auto-kiting even when minimum threshold is set to 0 and just sticks it's nose in a corner, I don't believe there is an amulet for that but I having been trying to fix it.

Yeah I've also seen it do that sometimes, running away from molten but running into it again just as it explodes. I always thought it was because of some lag though I'm not 100 % sure.

Once again I am faced with this problem. This time it's greater rifts though but the culprit is "Wall of Fire" similar to those mentioned back in may. Any effort being/been done to combat this? The grift level is relatively easy, but obviously standing in fire for too long equals dead player equals long walk.

I can try to catch the ActorSNO if needed.
