I don't know what or why it's happening to me, but since 1.9.5.9 the bot seems to act horribly. The past few days I've been working with Mordd on debugging his CC, hes pointed out that my HB runs like something hes never seen before.

The Nav is completely messed up, there's long delays when trying to target something, when it's traveling there's a delay when moving from point to point.

In instances when i use IB, my character is always lagging behind the group and rarely attacks anything, and I've been running IB for 5 hours today and have yet to finish an instance because i always get vote kicked because i'm way behind the group.

There's nothing in the logs that show anything, there's just delays between HB executing commands. It might be my computer slowing down HB but i noticed the performance decline after 1.9.5.9.

Any idea's? I can teamviewer so you can see exactly what i'm talking about and i'm willing to do anything you guys need to fix this.

Also, it seems like it's only happening to me because when i post in threads explaining my problem, people report back saying it's working for them (IB/CC's/ etc.)

Thanks so much!!

Code:
- I added HB to my firewall's exception list but same problems occur.
- I deleted unused programs and things i don't need with no help.
- I've restarted/Reinstalled/Ran HB as Admin with no help.
- Set WoW's priority to 'Above Normal'.
- WoW's backround FPS is [B][U]NOT[/U][/B] limited.
- I completely deleted all .Net's (3.5 SP1 and 4.0) from my computer then reinstalled .Net 3.5 SP1 [B][U]ONLY[/U][/B], and HB seems to react better but now it only auto attacks, does one judgement.

Mine works like this sometimes too, reaally strange, just sometimes it decides not to do anything. I have to stop the bot and start again, or open a new copy.

I've noticed this like once or twice in the past, though we never figured out why it happened.

Yeah like you guys just said, it happens every now and then. This is happening to be 100% of the time, it's basically how i thought HB was supposed to run until Mordd and other's pointed out it wasn't >.<

I actually just got it again, I died. Then it just stood there at the ress man thingy.
Didn't do anything, had to restart the bot. Hopefully I get a clean run tonight.

Restarting the bot does nothing for me, fresh installs do nothing, running as admin does nothing to fix the delays i'm experiencing. I'm begging someone from the Dev team to stop by in this thread and help me out!! Please take a look at my teamviewer so you can see what i have to deal with.

I'll suggest one thing to try that works for me on an old, underpowered laptop....

Bring up the task manager, and locate your WoWclient. Set Priority -> Above Normal. (It should've been set to Normal by default).

Do not set it any higher than "Above Normal", as that can cause everything to lock up hard. But when I see strange behavior, this is what I do, and it seems to straighten things out. My theory is that when the WoWclient works at 'normal' priority and the machine gets loaded, then Honorbuddy is seeing and acting on data that is slightly stale. From controls theory, anytime you inject delay into a feedback loop, the system has a high probability of going unstable.

If that does/doesn't work for you, I'd like to know.

cheers,
CJ

I did what you said and ill report back whens servers are back up and i get home from school.

Have you attempted following the instructions for uninstalling/reinstalling the framework(s) required? I think Tony posted a method. I mean hell, you have nothing to lose.

You know what, On my pc it runs as intended (minus a few bugs) but when I went to put it on a neighbors pc, running a mage, the mage would create a path, start moving to it, but the ctm seemed way off, it would sit 2 to 3 seconds on her pc before clicking again. Also in combat it just sits there for about 20 seconds, finds a target, sits there for about 10 seconds, attacks (combat routines went fine) then sat there for 20 to 30 seconds before looting, rinse and repeat. Shes running win7 home 64bit. Any clues?

Make sure you dont limit the background FPS on wow.
If its too low hb will run horribly.

have you eliminated a hardware problem?

No, i don't know what hardware problem would cause this, like i said the problems are 1000% worse after 1.9.5.9 but if you know how i can diagnose a hardware problem i'm all ears.

This is basically what's happening to me.

Sorry for all the posts, but, what's too low? How can i check and how can i change it?

As i said.
Make sure wow is able to run with a high FPS Hb hooks for endscene executing functions.
If its too low hb will start shutter etc. You need ? framerate of atleast 30-40.

Interesting, I have both foreground and background fps set to 20, it has been working wonderfully with the exception of the PvP issues I have been having today. But I havent touched any fps limitation on my neighbors pc... I am going to try and re install .net on her pc and if it doesn't work she has 2 more I can test it on.

I've never had a FPS that high in northrend, so i don't think thats the problem because my FPS hasn't changed but the problems have.
