Hello folks,

I come bearing exciting news. Due to the overwhelming popularity of our Anniversary buff we have decided to keep the increased Legendary drop rate once the Anniversary celebration ends. Once the buff is disabled tomorrow morning, you will find that the new base line drop rates for Legendary items will be the same as those you have all enjoyed for the last week.

before long people will complain it's to high and they will nerf it... welcome to Blizzard.
 
I see some posts over on the d3 forums already about how it's just a placebo or that it doesn't even matter. If only these people would just ask us kind botters about our data, we could certainly show the drop rates have increased :)
 
Yeah, I'd be able to tell them I'm getting around 6 lph, as compared to the 2-4 I was getting before the buff. =p
 
i started the anniversary holding strong at 7-9 LPH

then after a few days it suspiciously dropped to 5-6 LPH

now its roughly 4-5 LPH

doing the exact same thing with the exact same character

TIN FOIL HATS!!!!!

I'm at 6 LPH just doing t1 rifts so i say its increased.
