EZUpdater - The Plugin Updater

Hello Rrrix , do you think it would be possible to add an option to check for updates to the launch of DB and after checking every 1 or 2 hours to be constantly updated?

It checks every 24 hours currently. It's not necessarily a good idea to constantly spam the providers of these services (Assembla) with repetitive unnecessary requests, they might cancel my account (since i don't give them any money :))
 
Hi again rrrix ... What was the fix again for constantly getting "One of more plugins have been updated. Demonbuddy application restart recommended". Everything is already updated and yet I always get prompted by that whenever I check updates. Thank you
 
I've run into an issue with several links on the demonbuddy site today. I took a month off and deleted my DB folder to reinstall a new fresh one for starting back up. When trying to download the zip file for ez updater (clicking on the link on the first post) and several other profiles/plugins, it just opens a new webpage which is blank. I saw a "similar" post about someone having an issue where they couldn't see the download links but that's not my problem. I can see the download links fine, and some even work, but about 1 in 3 don't. I've tried different browsers and clearing my cache/cookies etc and no dice yet. If anyone has a work around for this that'd be great! thanks in advance.
 
I got this for all plugins/profiles, deleted the folders in ezupdatestorage and restarted db. that solved the problem.
This was for a clean install of db.

It will not let me download the EzUpdater.... and it is wasting away at my trial
 
seems uploads are broken, tried to upload it for you people and same error as op :/
 
I have to start DB three times to make it work: At the first start, EZUpdater doesn't show up in Plugins. After the second start, EZUpdater shows up, but isn't activated, which I've to do manually. Updating, too.
And finally after the third start, I can use my bot.

It's probably just a version number being wrong, it appears to have all the latest changes.
