IF YOU DON'T ATTACH A LOG FILE WITH YOUR ISSUES/FAULTS I'M SIMPLY GOING TO DELETE YOUR POSTS.

Here is a crude Mage CC. It does not support all specs, but its enough to get a new Mage up and running. Hell, it may even work on higher levels.

  1. Its only been tested to level 20 (but has spells much higher level)
  2. It ONLY SUPPORTS FROST SPEC (atm)
  3. Don't ask me what spells are supported, you will see when it uses them
  4. It will work from level 1
  5. It must be installed in a folder called Fpsware Mage (eg.. HB\CustomClasses\Fpsware Mage)
  6. There is no UI
  7. I'm only after feedback on the bugs you find - and ofcause your praise is acceptable too :p

Testing on my 26 mage right now and seems to be working fine. Great job man!
Will keep you posted if any bugs. + REP

So far it seems to spam frostbolt and use Fireblast and Arcane missle when available with FrostNova on adds.
Died a couple times cause it uses no potions. I've seen it use evocation out of combat once. Not sure if its a bug or its the way you set it up, but it doesn't seem to use evocation when health is low and its off cooldown. It got to like 7 health but managed to kill the mob. Then he just turned and puled another mob with 7 health, lol ... needless to say another corpse run.

I should work with a level 50+ character, I've added some high level spells, but its not yet been tested at high level.

I also designed it with Instance Buddy support in mind. I should use Blizzard and Blast Wave when in an instance.

It only uses Evocation outside of combat. It should be eating/drinking more frequently, I'll look into that.
 
The only issue I have noticed is the lack of eating/drinking when needed.
 
Please make this compatible with INSTANCE BUDDY. I will have your babies!
 
Gave this a try on my 68 mage in borean tundra. He keeps getting hammered because he doesn't use Ice Barrier, and then blinks into other mobs lol.

Any chance it detects fingers of frost and ice lances? =P will test it out in a few.

Yes, and no. Infact I just raised this with the Devs. HB properly detects when you have ONE stack of Fingers of Frost, but when you have TWO stacks it simply does not see it. So, it will cast Ice Lance with one stack, but if you have two stacks it just ignores it.

I've been leveling with IB since level 15 (now 40) I started a couple days ago. Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, I lost my high level mage accounts. So I'm stuck working up a mage before I fully implement and test the higher level spells :(

EDIT: Flame Strike at 44, Blizzard at 52. WTF! Mages no longer get AOE until very late in the game :( Single DPS instance damanage sucks.
