Tips on Running Bots in General?

It's Spring and overheating can become an issue. Any tips on how to reduce load on the computer on Windows 7? If I plug off the monitor, would it affect the game/bot in anyway?

earlier my fan on the laptop was running on max and the computer was really hot, now after the changes the fan is quiet and cpu is low

Clean out your computer ? And dont have it in a concealed box. My PC is on 24/7 and botting atleast 15 hours a day. And my CPU never goes above 50C
