If you are running rifts, that could be the reason for the crashes. I talked to blizz support because my game was crashing every time i entered a rift. They said it is a known issue with this last patch and they are working on a fix. this seems to only be affecting a select few from what i've noticed.

It's pretty consistent though, like every time I bot it'll shut itself down. Sometimes it's under an hour, sometimes after a couple hours. Don't have that kind of problem when I play the game normally though.
