There is no truly 100% afk profiles for rifts yet, what i mean by this unless you dont care about bloodshards, there is no way for DB/Profiles to spend them, so after i guess an hour/2hours depending how quick you clear the rifts, you will hit the 500 shard cap, and the bot will stuck there (every game till inactivity kicks in)
I dont believe there is any options in the bot, or in profiles to ignore bloodshards if at cap.
There is some good progress being made but not quite there.
